If you registered your domain through OrangeWebsite, then the default nameservers are:

Domain and hosting purchased at the same time
If you purchased a Shared Hosting Plan with your domain at the same time then you will have nameservers specifically assigned to your Hosting.
These nameservers are sent to your Registered Email Address in a form of a Product Welcome Email when you pay your invoice.
I changed my DNS, how long do I need to wait
You can check an online DNS Propagation Checker by entering your domain, choosing NS in the dropdown box, and clicking on the search button.
Note:
Whenever you update your nameservers, the change can take 24-72 hours to fully propagate around the world. However, propagation happens a lot quicker in most places in the world today.
