There are two ways to log into your cPanel. In this article we will demonstrate one of the method. Here is a step-by-step on how to log in to the cPanel domain.
- Before continuing, make sure your domain is pointed to our servers (via our provided Nameservers or A record on your DNS zone). Note that it may take a few hours for the DNS to propagate if you had just updated the nameservers or DNS zone. If the method in this article isn’t working for you, wait a few hours and try again.
- Once your domain is fully working, simply type in http://yourdomain.xyz/cpanel (Where yourdomain.xyz is your actual domain)
- Now you should be prompted a login page that is asking for your cpanel credentials. You can find them in the Welcome Email you received from us during the hosting package activation. (Note that this is not the same login as your Client Area login).
