This article assumes you are already logged into your cPanel account, if you do not already know how, please review How To Change Your Password as it will teach you how to log in from your client area.
Go to your files section in cPanel and select Backup
Click the download a full account backup link
Generate backup to your home directory
- Once the full backup of your account has been completed, you will receive an email at the address you specified.
- Then proceed to the File Manager and then you can download your backup.
